Ensuring our customers are satisfied is important to us. However, due to the nature of our presets and digital products, after download or opening, it is deemed “used”. As a result, all purchases made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

THE UBC AMENDING AND CARRYFORWARD AGREEMENT

(“Reseller”)
and
CUSTOMER

MARCH 1, 2024
AMENDING AND CARRYFORWARD AGREEMENT
This Amending and Carryforward Agreement (the "Agreement") incorporates terms set out in the UBC Master Reseller Agreement, dated March 1, 2024 (available at: Ubcmrr.com/legal) and is meant to bind Reseller and its Customers.
WHEREAS, the Reseller has purchased UBC and wishes to resell UBC to its
customers using terms and conditions set out in the UBC Master Reseller Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE:
1. All references set out in the UBC Master Reseller Agreement to the UBC JV and/or to 12316421 CANADA INC. and/or to 10574104 CANADA INC. are
hereby replaced with Reseller; and
2. Reseller hereby amends and agrees to carryforward terms and conditions set
out in the UBC Master Reseller Agreement in respect of its contractual
relationship with its Customers.
OTHER DIGITAL PRODUCTS Terms and Conditions
USE OF DIGITAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
After you purchase the Digital Product you will be provided with access to the Digital Product. At our discretion we may specify a limited access time.
Upon purchase, we grant you one (1) non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use this Digital Product personally or in your business. However, this Digital Product may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, altered, modified, shared with a third-party, displayed publicly, transmitted electronically or otherwise used in any way in whole or in part for the purpose of commercial gain by you for any purpose that may amount to competition with us in any way.
